Join Isabel as she leads you through a journey of self-discovery, sharing, and capacity-building, empowering you to use your voice and new skills to create consensus for your goals for education locally and beyond.
Each session provides strategies and support with time in between each meeting to practice and develop your skills and grow as an educator-advocate!

Isabel Bozada-Jones (she/her) is the Director of Title I Administration and MTSS for the Reynoldsburg City Schools. Previously, she served as Coordinator of Deeper Learning and Innovation Coach in Reynoldsburg, as well as Political Advocacy Consultant for the Ohio Education Association. Isabel began her career as a teacher at Herbert Mills STEAM Elementary in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, where she spent her days building robots and coding with elementary school students. She believes in the power of story and the importance of educator voice informing the future of the profession. She is pursuing her doctorate in education at Ohio State University.
