Although the cognitive domain has traditionally received greater emphasis in education, the affective domain has gained increasing recognition for its significant influence on learning outcomes reflected in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information's commitment to promoting more holistic approaches to education, acknowledging that that neglecting any domain undermines students' overall learning and development.
