Career Educator
Shanté is an authentic and passionate voice for educators in leadership roles from the classroom to the principal's office to the district level. Having taught and served as a building and central office administrator, she understands the challenges and rewards of leading in today's education space. Shanté leads our leadership development work and shares her speaking and coaching talents, as well!
WALTER McKENZIE
Career Educator
Walter is a natural connector and consensus builder who loves to bring people together and watch the sparks fly! He believes in the power of committed educators united in doing the work to which they dedicate their lives. In an age of isolation where people are pitted against one another, he sees unique opportunities to come together and accomplish great things, and he has a track record of success to prove it!
