As CEO of Accelerated Education Consulting (founded in 2018), Adjunct Professor at Saint Louis University, and Missouri Leadership Development Specialist at EducationPlus, she champions accelerated learning and whole-child education approaches. Her innovative methods have earned recognition, including selection for the prestigious One Million Black Women Goldman Sachs cohort and the Achievement Network's Service to Schools award.
