Calling all practitioner voices!

Mentors.net seeks submissions exploring how using artificial intelligence can support new and student teachers, particularly through mentoring and professional growth.

Richard Lange supports voices of new and pre-service educators through his work at Mentors.net.

 

 

Submit your work in one of the following formats:

Feature Article: A journal-style article (1,000–2,000 words) with citations, focusing on how mentor teachers can support new or student teachers using AI tools and strategies. 

Personal Reflection: A narrative (500–1,000 words) from your perspective as a mentor, new teacher, or student teacher, highlighting how AI has helped you build professional relationships or support the development of classroom activities. This may be written in the first person.

Practical Tips: A shorter piece (around 500 words) offering timely, actionable tips for new and student teachers on using AI to improve efficiency, streamline lesson planning or general teaching strategies. 

Submission Guidelines:

  • Practical tips may be submitted in an outline form or as a list.

  • Personal stories can be in the first person, narrative.

 

Include the following in your submission:

  • Your full name

  • Email address

  • Title of your submission

  • A short bio (2–3 sentences) about yourself

Contributors to Mentors.net receive an official badge backed by the authority of The Worthy Educator to display on their email signature and social media presence.
