Abstract:
The 98% represents the vast majority of a student’s life beyond school, where identity, skills, and understanding are continuously shaped through everyday experiences with family, community, and the world around them. It reflects a simple reality: if students spend roughly 2% of their waking time in school, then the remaining 98% becomes the primary space where learning is practiced, reinforced, and made meaningful.
