When I stepped into the role of principal, I did not see it as a promotion above people. I saw it as a deeper call to serve others. For me, leadership in a school cannot begin with the title on the office door. It begins with the people at the gate, in the classroom, in the office, on the compound, in the kitchen, on the board, in the church, in the community, and, most importantly, in the hearts and homes of our children.
