Abstract:
You are evolving as a human, learning as a leader and growing as a person committed to being the best you. Stress is inevitable. Acknowledging that and using it to your benefit can be powerful, but it takes practice. Fluctuations happen. Making fluctuations work for you (instead of you reacting to them) is key. Suspending judgement of yourself and others allows each of us to be more authentic about our needs, gives us space to breathe and it can foster a learning mindset.
