As Wyoming implements the combination of the RIDE program, the reduction in standards, and the Profile of a Graduate, we must provide the flexibility and support that our instructors, their curriculum directors, and our district leaders need to implement new approaches that break free of the industrial-age practices to which we have been beholden for the last century.
