Abstract:
To embark on the often intimidating journey of self-discovery, growth, and change, students have to feel genuinely safe - physically, emotionally, and psychologically. This means establishing an environment of trust and respect, involving clear communication, modeling empathy, and fostering inclusivity. It requires setting boundaries that respect each individual’s needs and experiences while also encouraging vulnerability and openness without fear of judgment.
